Service Plus Property Solutions is the property-water side of the business: basements, crawl spaces, foundations, drainage and yards. Nearly three decades in the same trade, in the same part of Georgia, working on the same red clay everybody else around here is on.

That is the whole method, and it is why we still spend the first part of every visit with a flashlight rather than a clipboard. Water on a basement floor almost never comes from the floor. It comes from a gutter that dumps at the wall, a grade that settled ten years ago, or a footer drain that filled with silt. Quote the wrong fix and you have sold somebody a sump pump they never needed.
We started in 1999 and we work out of Stockbridge, GA, with home base in Barnesville, GA, which means we are usually back in the same neighborhoods a few years later. That is the reason we do the boring parts properly — the gravel, the fabric, the backfill, the discharge line run far enough away — because we are going to drive past the house again.
